Senior o&M Manager

The o&M Manager is accountable for the operation support, maintenance and administration activities at the Power Station and implementation of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental systems that meets local as well as international requirements. The o&M Manager is responsible for achieving targets derived from contractual, technical and commercial obligations and forming and maintaining a competent team that achieves the highest standards of performance.

At least two years' experience in line management
At least seven years' experience in maintenance of Power Stations or large continuous process plants, of which some years may be in commissioning.
Knowledge of the type of Power Station concerned.
Good management skills combining task and people orientation with the ability to reach satisfactorily negotiated solutions.
Good leadership skills proven in a multicultural environment.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

The Supervisor is accountable for maintenance of planned and unplanned maintenance and associated administration activities at the Power Station.

The Supervisor is responsible for supporting the implementation of quality systems that meet Alstom and contractual requirements and for achieving targets derived from contractual, technical and commercial obligations.

Apprenticeship as electrician I&C for heavy machinery or E I&C Engineering MSc/ BSc degree

Three year's experience as Electrical I&C supervisor on a gas turbine.

Competent in ABB Advant control system.

The Supervisor will lead a team of Elec and I&C technicians.

International experience suitable.

Ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
