CONSULTANT FOR “TRANSPORT SYSTEM OPERATION” TENDERS
Our client, a company specializing in transport system operations, is looking for assistance for its export (outside France) tender submission projects.
The required work is to design and dimension the operation of a transport system, i.e. :
· Analyze the traffic data to dimension the future operational company (such as : number of people to recruit, location and quality of the logistics network, call center and offices, etc.)
· Design the exploitation strategy through discussions with in-house experts to understand and describe the operator’s “business process”
· Identify, evaluate and select local partners (such as Call Center, Points Of Sale, Logistician, etc.) and negotiate their “service agreements”.
· Compute exploitation expenses and participate in the setup of the multi-year Business Plan (in collaboration with the Finance Department teams)
· Write-up the operation tender (in partnership with industrial system suppliers)
Requested profile
· Perfect English
· Engineer, with 2-5 years experience
· Marked interest for the transport sector
· Capacity to deal with both the technical and operational aspects
· Happy to deal with figures and costing
· Autonomous with a spirit for initiatives
Mission details
· Start of mission : May/June 2011
· Duration : 3 months, renewable
· Location : Paris area, with potential trips in Europe
· Remuneration : 400 €/days worked
